I received your letter advising that I would be receiving a survery concerning a recent service call. I have not received the survey yet and just wanted to send you this email in case the survey is delayed.

I placed a service call to Sony concerning my LCD Projection HD TV purchased less than a year ago. I was put in touch with TVS Brothers here in Phoenix, AZ. What a pleasant experience this was! They were very accessible, I called them and they returned my call the same day, and, now, get this ... they arrived at my home at the time they said they would! They fixed the TV so that I could watch it, however, they did have to order a part. When the part came in, they called me and set up a second appointment and again arrived at the time promised.

TVS Brothers were professional and reliable. In case I don't receive a survey, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate being referred to such a reliable company. Bravo to Sony and TVS Brothers! Great customer service! Keep those guys on-board.

My large screen TV would not turn on. I called the company that provided the warranty Friday afternoon about 3PM. They set up an appointment for TVS Brothers to come to my house the following Monday morning. They arrived within the time frame they said they would and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. They repaired the problem onsite and was finished within 30 minutes of arriving. Great service from very friendly techs. I will call TVS Brothers again if I need tv service.

We called TVS Brothers after our 10 month old Sony 60" tv made a popping noise and the picture went out. They were the third authorized Sony service provider that we called and the only ones that were able to come out and get us back in service before the weekend. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and great. Alex came out and replaced the bulb in our tv; within 15 minutes our tv picture looked as good as the day we bought it. Thanks for the wonderful service! We hope our tv never has another problem but if it does we'll certainly call TVS Brothers.
